Wonder Festival 2016 Summer

Last 24th July was held in Japan the WonFest, festival in which were revealed the news in the world of Japanese figures.

Since I'm only interest in action figures of characters that I like enough for buy them, I didn't expect to find many news that were of my interest. Most figures showed were of characters I don't know because I'm not up to date on the manga-anime and video games issue. There were many new nendoroid and many female figures, for a change. So I'll highlight the ones that interest me or especially attracted my attention:

El pasado 24 de Julio se celebró en Japón el WonFest, festival en el que se revelaron las novedades en el mundo de las figuras japonesas.

Como solo me interesan las figuras articuladas de personajes que me gustan lo suficiente como para comprarlas, no esperaba encontrar muchas novedades que me interesasen. La mayoría de figuras que presentaron son de personajes que no conozco ya que hace tiempo que no estoy al día en el tema manga-anime y videojuegos. Hubo muchas novedades de nendoroid y muchas figuras femeninas, para variar. Así que pasaré a destacar las que a mi me interesan o me llamaron especialmente la atención:

Last week I ordered another figure that is already shipped, this time a S.H. Figuarts of Sakura Kinomoto with Kero, of the manga-anime "Card Captor Sakura".

Shodo Dragon Ball Super figurines · SS God Goku - SS God Vegeta - Golden Frieza/Freezer

On Wednesday finally arrived the figurines of Dragon Ball Super that I ordered, which have been traveling for almost a month.

They belong to the Shodo line, of Bandai, and belong to Vol. 2.

Here I show pictures of arrival.

El miércoles por fin llegaron las figuritas de Dragon Ball Super que pedí, que han estado de viaje durante casi un mes.

Pertenecen a la línea Shodo de Bandai y pertenecen al Vol. 2.

Today I'm coming with news about figures. In a previous post I showed photos of my Shodo Dragon Ball Z figurines. I commented that three new figurines were released and I had plans to purchase them.

Hoy vengo con novedades sobre figuras. En una entrada anterior os mostré fotos de mis figuras Shodo de Dragon Ball Z. Comenté que habían sacado a la venta tres figuritas nuevas y tenía previsto comprarlas.

Pisces Aphrodite - Saint Cloth Myth

Finally I show you photos of my most long-lived figure. This is Pisces Aphrodite - Saint Cloth Myth - Myth Cloth of Bandai of the year 2006, from the manga-anime 'Saint Seiya'. I remember I bought it years ago in Toys' R Us from Sant Boi de Llobregat. Yes, I didn't buy it at any specialized figures store or online store. I remember that they had several characters and I wanted to buy some of them because they were action figures and quality was good, but I couldn't afford to purchase them due to economic issues. At least I got this one, which was the chosen one because it represents my zodiac sign.

It was exposed on a shelf for a couple years and after a while I decided to keep it to protect it from dust. I thought about taking photos, but never did it.

And that's how we arrived at today. I refuse to continue prolonging taking photos of this figure, so I finally show you.

This figure can be assembled in two ways, one is the Pisces Gold Cloth object. I've assembled only once to take the following photos.

Al fin me animo a mostrar fotos de mi figura más longeva. Se trata del caballero Afrodita de Piscis - Saint Cloth Myth - Myth Cloth de Bandai del año 2006, del manga-anime 'Caballeros del Zodiaco' (Saint Seiya). Recuerdo que lo compré hace años en el Toys'R Us de Sant Boi de Llobregat. Sí, no la compré en ninguna tienda especializada de figuras ni por Internet. Recuerdo que tenían varios Caballeros del zodiaco y quería comprar algunas de ellas por ser figuras articuladas y de calidad, pero no pude comprarlas por temas económicos. Al menos conseguí esta, que fue la elegida por representar mi signo del zodiaco.

Durante un par de años años la tuve expuesta en una estantería y al cabo de un tiempo decidí guardarla para que no cogiese tanto polvo. Pensé en hacerle alguna foto, pero jamás lo hice.

Y así es como llegamos a la actualidad. Me niego a seguir dándole largas a la hora de fotografiar esta figura, así que por fin os la muestro.

La figura se puede montar de dos formas, una de ellas es en forma de objeto de Piscis. Solo la he montado una vez para hacer las siguientes fotografías.
