Checking my Instagram I have realized that the photos that I'm going to publish today should have been posted last year, I don't know why, I forgot to publish them on the blog.

On Instagram there is an account, @dollyphotochallenge, in which each month they propose a theme to photograph with dolls and there are two winners, one by vote and the other by draw, who win a gift for their dolls. The truth is that I'm not participating every month, more than anything because the prizes are usually clothes for Blythe and Pullip type dolls and I don't have any of these dolls.

The theme for June 2019 was "Black and White". For the photo I chose my BJD Danielle.

Revisando mi Instagram me he dado cuenta de que las fotos que voy a publicar hoy deberían haber visto la luz el año pasado, no sé porqué, me olvidé de publicarlas en el blog.

En Instagram hay una cuenta, @dollyphotochallenge, en la que cada mes proponen un tema para fotografiar con muñecas y hay dos ganadores, uno por votos y otro por sorteo, que se llevan un regalo para sus muñecas. La verdad es que no estoy participando todos los meses, más que nada porque los premios suelen ser ropa para muñecas tipo Blythe y Pullip y yo no tengo ninguna de estas muñecas.

El tema de junio de 2019 era "Blanco y negro". Para la foto elegí a mi BJD Danielle.

The theme of the month is "Regret", so I began to think and fell into something that has happened to all of us.

En esta ocasión si publico a tiempo y con una foto de BJDs. Hacía muchísimo tiempo que no enseñaba a los hermanos zorrunos.

El tema del mes es "Arrepentimiento", así que me puse a pensar y caí en algo que nos ha pasado a todos.

Today is the last Monday of the month, so that menas today I post a Blog Hop entry. The theme of June is "Music", so I will talk about the music that I like with the company of Hiroki, who you haven't seen in the blog for a long time.

Hoy es el último lunes de mes, así que toca Blog Hop. El tema de junio es "Música", así que os hablaré de la música que me gusta con la compañía de Hiroki, al que hace muchísimo tiempo que no veis por el blog.

Sant Jordi 2019

On the 23rd April was Sant Jordi's (Saint George) Day, patron of Catalonia. This day is also known as El dia del Llibre (Book Day). We have the tradition of giving a rose or a book to the person you love. In past a book was given to men and a rose to women, nowadays this has changed and both men and women receive books or, why not? Roses. So I took a couple of photos to commemorate this day.

El 23 de abril fue el día de Sant Jordi, patrón de Cataluña. Este día también es conocido como El dia del Llibre (Día del libro). Tenemos la tradición de regalar una rosa o un libro a la persona a la que amas. Anteriormente se regalaba un libro a los hombre y una rosa a las mujeres, actualmente esto ha cambiado y tanto hombres como mujeres reciben libros o, ¿porqué no? Rosas. Así que hice un par de fotos para conmemorar este día.

International Women's Day - Día Internacional de la Mujer (2019)

Last Friday 8 was the International Women's Day. This day nothing is celebrated, we must commemorate it and continue with the struggle for equality so that the violence and inequality that women suffer will disappear someday.

I took two photos to commemorate that day.

El pasado viernes, 8 de marzo, fue Día Internacional de la Mujer. Este día no se celebra nada, hay que conmemorarlo y seguir con la lucha por la igualdad para que desaparezca la violencia y la desigualdad de la que sufrimos.

Hice dos fotos para conmemorar ese día.

Colours of Autumn · Colores de otoño

On Amazon I bought some artificial dead leaves that I wanted to use in some Halloween photos, but they didn't arrive on time. Luckily, I can use the leaves in other photographs, so when they arrived, I took some photos of Shun to see how they look.

Compré en Amazon unas hojas secas artificiales que quería usar en algunas fotografías de Halloween, pero no llegaron a tiempo. Suerte que las hojas las puedo usar en otras fotografías, así que cuando llegaron, le hice unas fotos a Shun para probar cómo quedaban.

9th Anniversary of Toshi · 9º Aniversario de Toshi

Today Toshi has turned 9 years old. It's amazing how much time has passed since he got home.

For his anniversary I have taken some photos and although they are repetitive, I hope you enjoy them.

9th Anniversary of Maiko · 9º Aniversario de Maiko

Maiko turned 9 on the 4th of this month. Nine years have passed since I joined in the BJDs community, even if I don't buy new dolls or hardly take photos of them now. Many things have happened since that day when Maiko arrived and I am glad that today she is still at home and like we always say "doll that comes, doll that stays".

The next photographs are repetitive, even so I hope you enjoy them.

Maiko cumplió 9 años el pasado 4 de este mes. Nueve son los años en los que estoy en el hobby de las BJDs, aunque no compre muñecas nuevas o actualmente apenas les haga fotos. Muchas cosas han pasado desde aquel día en el que Maiko llegó y me alegro de que a día de hoy siga en casa y que siempre decimos "muñeco que entra en casa, muñeco que se queda".

Las fotografías son repetitivas, aún así espero que las disfrutéis.

Witch · Bruja

The photographs of this entry were also taken for the first photo contest of Dollzone. You could participate with up to 5 photographs in which any BJD of this company appeared and I wanted Maiko (Dollzone Yage) to participate too with two photographs.

As you know if you follow me long ago, Maiko is a witch and for the photos wanted to make her look as such and since I didn't have a magic wand, I made one with a twig (you can see the tutorial here).

Las fotografías de esta entrada también las hice para el primer concurso fotográfico de Dollzone. Podías participar hasta con 5 fotografías en las que apareciese cualquier BJD de esta casa y quise que Maiko (Dollzone Yage) también participase con dos fotografías.

Como ya sabéis si me seguís hace tiempo, Maiko es una bruja y para las fotos tenía que aparecer como tal y como no tenía varita mágica, le hice una con una ramita (podéis ver el tutorial aquí).

I haven't updated the blog for too long and it's not due to lack of content since I have many photos to post. Let's see if I update it as soon as possible because too many entries and photos have been accumulated.

I took in May the next photos I'm going to show you today, for the first photo contest of Dollzone. You could participate with up to 5 photographs in which any BJD of this company is on the photo, so I took the opportunity to photograph Danielle (Dollzone Clovera) and Toshi (Dollzone Floy) together.

Cuánto tiempo sin actualizar el blog y no es por falta de contenido ya que tengo muchas fotos para enseñar. A ver si me pongo las pilas y lo pongo al día lo antes posible porque ya se han acumulado demasiadas entradas y fotos.

Las fotos que os voy a enseñar hoy las tomé en mayo, para el primer concurso fotográfico de Dollzone. Podías participar hasta con 5 fotografías en las que apareciese cualquier BJD de esta casa, así que aproveché la ocasión para fotografiar a Danielle (Dollzone Clovera) y Toshi (Dollzone Floy) juntos.

7th Anniversary of Danielle · 7º Aniversario de Danielle

Today Danielle turns 7 years old with me (the head is a year older, I want to remember you I'm the second owner), so I have taken some photos of ther to celebrate her anniversary and this making the perfect excuse to photograph her, I know that I have my BJD's very negleted if we talk about photography.

Hoy Danielle cumple 7 años conmigo (la cabeza tiene un año más, tengo que recordar que soy la segunda propietaria), así que le hice unas fotos para celebrar su aniversario y así tener las excusa perfecta para fotografiarle, que sé que tengo las BJD's muy abandonadas en cuanto al tema fotográfico se refiere.

2nd Anniversary of Shirley · 2º Aniversario de Shirley

Last Monday was Shirley's second anniversary. I couldn't take the photos on time or publish that day, so today I took the camera and I made a mini-photo shoot.

5th Anniversary of Akane and Hiroki · 5º Aniversario de Akane y Hiroki

Lately I have the blog very neglected and I have many delayed entries for publishing, so to have it updated, today I publish the photos I took of the twins, Akane and Hiroki.

Yesterday the siblings turned 5 years old, so as I don't want it to happen like last year, that they ran out of photos to celebrate it, this time I've taken them with time, although here I post them a day later.

Tengo el blog muy abandonado últimamente y tengo bastantes entradas atrasadas por publicar, así que para tenerlo actualizado hoy publico las fotos que les hice a los mellizos, Akane y Hiroki.

Ayer cumplieron 5 añitos los hermanos, así que como no quiero que me pase como el año pasado, que se quedaron sin fotos para celebrarlo, esta vez las he hecho con tiempo aunque aquí las publique con un día de retraso.

5th Anniversary of Shun · 5º Aniversario de Shun

I still have several pending entries to publish, let's see if I can manage to update the blog as soon as possible. So today I come with one of those entries that I should have published a few weeks ago.

On the 25th of April was the 5th anniversary of Shun, so I took photos of him to celebrate it. They are somewhat repetitive, yet I hope you like them. I have previously uploaded them on Instagram and today they see the light on the blog. 

Aún tengo varias entradas pendientes por publicar, a ver si me pongo al día y lo actualizo todo lo antes posible. Así que hoy vengo con una de esas entradas que debería haber publicado hace unas semanas.

El día 25 de abril fue el 5º aniversario de Shun, así que le hice fotos para celebrarlo. Son algo repetitivas, aún así espero que os gusten. Las fotos las subí en su momento en Instagram y hoy ven la luz en el blog.

I have been curious to compare the same photo taken with different cameras. The cameras that I have used are my smartphone camera, a compact camera, a bridge and a DSLR. The models:

Another year has ended to start a new one. And here you have me from the first day to wish you all a happy new year. I hope this 2018 comes with many pleasant surprises for everyone.

Late birthdays · Cumpleaños atrasados

This year I haven't taken photos for the birthdays of some of my BJDs due to lack of time. As I was sorry they seem forgotten, I have taken two group photos so they're not sad and know that I still love them.
