Maiko & Toothless

Yesterday I was bored and started to take photos of Maiko. As the photos were boring, I decided to include one of my Toothless figures and this is what came out:

As arrival of "Monster High" dolls gave so much work (that's what happened to me to decide to purchase all the characters we like almost together), I left the poor BJDs left a little sideways on the blog, but as you saw in the previous shoots I posted of Danielle & Toshi and the other one of Byron, they weren't abandoned.

In August I went one day with my family to the beach, despite living in a small town next to the sea, is quite retired from the inhabited area (about 6 km. from my apartment. In Winter I have gone walking to the beach from my home. In Summer I can't bear the walk because of the heat). That day I took Daisuke and two of my Toothless to take photos around there.

Como las llegadas de los muñecos "Monster High" me dieron tanto trabajo (esto me pasa por decidir comprar todos los personajes que nos gusta de golpe), a los pobres BJDs los dejé un poco de lado en el blog, aunque ya visteis por otras dos sesiones que subí de Danielle y Toshi y otra de Byron, que abandonados no los tuve.

En agosto me acerqué un día con mi familia a la playa, que a pesar de vivir en una pequeña ciudad al lado del mar, queda bastante retirado de la zona habitada (a unos 6 km. En invierno he ido andando más de una vez desde mi casa. En verano no aguanto la caminata por el calor). Ese día me llevé a Daisuke y a dos de mis Destentaos para hacerles fotos por allí.

Today I make a break with the arrival of our Monster High dolls and I show you something different I have got without looking for it.

The day I went with my mother to the toyshop "Juguettos" and bought Venus McFlytrap and Skelita Calaveras, I stumbled upon the figurine I needed of Toothless! I didn't expect to find it in that shop because I haven't seen the collection of these mini-dragons in any physical store, only on amazon, eBay... at inflated prices (it surprises me there are people who pay +15€ for this one, I've seen that even sell it for +30€!). I didn't think it twice to buy this Toothless.

Hoy hago un parón con las llegadas de nuestras muñecas Monster High y os enseño otra cosa que he podido conseguir sin buscarla.

El día que fui con mi madre a la tienda "Juguettos" y nos compramos a Venus McFlytrap y Skelita Calaveras, ¡me topé con la figurita de Desdentao que me faltaba! No esperaba encontrármelo en esta tienda porque no había visto esta colección de mini-dragones en ninguna tienda física, solo por amazon, eBay... y a precios desorbitados (me sorprende que haya gente que pague +15€ por este modelo, he visto que incluso la venden a +30€). No me lo pensé ni dos veces para comprar este Desdentao.

Toothless arrival · Llegada de Desdentao

On Wednesday I had a very special arrival. Months ago I discovered on Internet that had been up to sale, since you know when, very cute figurines of dragons from the TV series "Dragons: Defenders of Berk", based on the movie "How To Train Your Dragon", so I thought that someday I'd have a Toothless as a good fan I am. And so it has been, I finally decided to buy it on amazon.co.uk taking advantage that I ordered a Monster High boy doll who's coming home next week  at a good price.

But... he didn't come alone! I saw in that store that they had another model of Toothless and I couldn't resist (forgive the bad quality of the photos, quickly taken and without tripod):

El miércoles tuve una llegada muy especial. Hace meses que descubrí por Internet que se habían puesto a la venta, desde a saber cuando, unas figuritas muy monas de los dragones de la serie "Dragones: Defensores de Mema", basada en la película "Cómo entrenar un dragón", así que pensé que algún día tendría un Desdentao como buena fan que soy. Y así ha sido, por fin me decidí a comprarlo en amazon.co.uk aprovechando que pedí un chico Monster High que llegará la próxima semana a buen precio.

Pero... ¡no vino solo! Vi que en la misma tienda tenían otro modelo de Desdentao y no me pude resistir (perdonad la mala calidad de las fotos, hechas rápidamente y sin trípode):
