Tutorial: How to make a 1/6 cardboard guitar · Cómo hacer una guitarra de cartón 1/6

I would have to post this entry a couple of months ago and although I didn't forget it, I put it on hold. If you read this blog regularly, you may remember that I have created a music group with six of my "Monster High" dolls and I made musical instruments for them. I said that I will show you how I made these instruments and never got around to it, so it's finally time to reveal it.

Materials:
● Internet access
● Word Office (or similar)
● Printer and ink
● Cardboard box of cereals/ice-cream/...
● Pencil
● Permanent marker - silver or black -
● Scissors
● White glue
● Brush
● Acrylic paint
● Craft files or nail file

Important: If you are a minor, adult supervision.

Instructions:
The first thing I did, was to search on Google photos of the instrument I wanted to make, in my case were two electric guitars, a bass and a keyboard. You can find many models and choose the one you like. I saved the photos and pasted them in a Word document, reducing them to the size I wanted and printed.

Si leéis habitualmente este blog, recordaréis que he creado un grupo musical con seis de mis muñecos "Monster High" y les hice instrumentos musicales. Dije que os enseñaría cómo hice esos instrumentos y nunca llegué a hacerlo, así que por fin ha llegado el momento de desvelarlo. 

Materiales:
● Acceso a Internet
● Word Office (o similar)
● Impresora y tinta
● Caja de cartón de cereales/helados/... 
● Lápiz
● Rotulador permanente color plata o negro
● Tijeras
● Cola blanca
● Pincel
● Pintura acrílica de colores
● Limas para manualidades o lima para uñas

Importante: Si eres menor, supervisión de un adulto.

Instrucciones: Lo primero que hice, fue buscar por Google fotos del instrumento que quería hacer, en mi caso fueron dos guitarras eléctricas, un bajo y un teclado. Podéis encontrar muchos modelos y elegir el que más os guste. Guardé las fotos y en un documento de Word pegué las imágenes, las reducí al tamaño que quería y las imprimí.

Adventurers Club 2015 - February: True Love?

This time I haven't left for the last moment the challenge of the "Adventurers Club". The theme for this month is "True Love?", so I have thought about making a mini-photo shoot of all our "Monster High" couples taking advantage that today is this silly Valentine's Day. Before anyone gets angry with me, the dolls DO NOT represent the official characters. 

El amor está en el aire

Esta vez no he dejado para el último momento el reto del "Adventurers Club". El tema de este mes es "True Love?" (¿Amor verdadero?), así que he pensado en hacer una mini-sesión de todas las parejitas "Monster High" que tenemos aprovechando que hoy es este día tan tonto San Valentín. Antes de echarme la bronca, los muñecos NO representan a los personajes oficiales.

New Year, Adventurers Club and Resolutions · Año nuevo, Adventurers Club y Propósitos 2015

We are already in 2015, I will always say that time flies without realizing. I want thanks all those people who visit my blog, no matter if it's only to read the posts I write or see my photos and the new followers who have decided to follow me this year. A big hug for everyone.

The "Adventurers Club" game finished in December, the last topic was "Festivities". Yesterday I took a couple photos of the group Monster Haunt to congratulate the new year and I participated in the group of the AC on flickr with one of those photos.

In my previous post I talked about the resolutions for 2014 and which were completed and which not. So now I'll talk about the purposes for 2015, but like last year, I'll do what I please and won't complete all because I don't like lists, if I do it here is just to have some fun XD

Ya estamos en 2015, siempre diré que el tiempo vuela sin darnos cuenta. Quiero daros las gracias a todas esas personas que visitan mi blog aunque solo sea para leer las entradas que escribo o ver mis fotografías y a l@s nuevos seguidores/as que han decidido seguirme durante este año. Un abrazo enorme para tod@s.

En Diciembre terminó el juego "Adventurers Club", cuyo tema final fue "Festivities". Ayer hice un par de fotos a los miembros del grupo Monster Haunt para felicitar el nuevo año y con una de esas fotos participé en el grupo del AC en flickr.

En mi anterior entrada hablé sobre los propósitos de 2014 y cuáles se cumplieron y cuáles no. Así que ahora os hablaré de los propósitos que me voy a poner para el 2015, aunque como el pasado año, haré lo que me de la gana y no lo cumpliré todo porque no soy de hacer listas, por aquí lo hago por entretenimiento XD

Monster Haunt

In the arrivals of some of our "Monster High" dolls I said that I had planned something interesting with them. The moment to reveal the surprise has come! Please welcome the Gothic/Symphonic Metal band "Monster Haunt":

En las llegadas de algunos de nuestros muñecos "Monster High" comenté que tenía pensado algo interesante con ellos. ¡Ya ha llegado el momento de desvelar esa sorpresa! Demos la bienvenida al grupo de Metal Gótico/Sinfónico "Monster Haunt": 

Heath Burns & Abbey Bominable arrival (split) · Llegada (split)

My mother and I really like a the Monster High doll Heath Burns, but he was only available together with Abbey Bominable, from the collection "Home Ick Class" and that detail backed us off to buy it because even though the doll is beautiful and we like her clothes, we were only interested in the boy. But finally we managed to get it!

It turns out that one day my friend Nadia (a.k.a. Sakura) came to visit me, told me that she was beginning to be interested in Monster High dolls and one day, chatting with her by Messenger I asked her is she'd like to do a split with me. Of course I told her that if she didn't was interested in the doll she wouldn't have to say yes, but she liked the girl doll and wanted her for her recently started collection because she wasn't interested in the boy doll. So my mother and I would have Heath and Nadia would have Abbey, doll I'll hand give her one day I meet here. And that's how these dolls arrived last 13th.

The truth is that the pack was cheap, I found it in amazon.es por little more than 28€ shipping included, so each doll has cost less than 15€!

Hoy vengo con otra llegada, aunque aún quedan más, dos para ser exactos XD

A mi madre y a mí nos gusta mucho el muñeco Monster High Heath Burns, pero el que estuviese solo disponible con Abbey Bominable, de la colección "Home Ick Class" ("Clase de economía doméstica), nos cortaba mucho el comprarlo porque a pesar de que la muñeca es bonita y nos gusta su ropa, el que nos interesaba tener era el chico. ¡Pero finalmente hemos conseguido tenerlo!

Resulta que un día que mi amiga Nadia (a.k.a. Sakura) vino a visitarme, me dijo que se estaba empezando a aficionar a las Monster High y chateando un día con ella por Messenger le pregunté si le gustaría hacer un split conmigo. Por supuesto que le dije que si la muñeca no le interesaba no tenía porqué decir que sí, pero la muñeca le gustó y la quiso para su recién empezada colección porque precisamente a ella el chico no le interesaba. Así que mi madre y yo nos quedamos con Heath y Nadia se queda con Abbey, muñeca que le daré en mano un día que quede con ella. Y así fue como el día 13 llegaron los muñecos.

La verdad es que el pack nos ha salido barato, lo encontré por amazon.es por poco más de 28€ con gastos de envío incluidos, ¡así que cada muñeco no nos ha costado ni 15€!
