Chibi Dolls&Party Barcelona 2015

For today I've prepared a post about the "Chibi Dolls&Party 2015," held last October 31 in Barcelona. This was the second edition of this event and there I went with my mother to spend a different entertaining afternoon.

The event coincided with the "Salón del Manga" in Barcelona, so if someone wanted to go to the two events, they had it great because the "Chibi" event was held in a cultural center nearby the "Salón". I used to go to the "Salón del Manga", but years ago I stopped going because of lack of interest and by such large crowds.

Last year I also attended the "Chibi Dolls&Party 2014" and this time has been more of the same but with a few more booths. I will say almost the same as in the previous edition, it was more focused on Blythe and Pullip dolls, followed by BJDs and some other dolls as Monster High.

Para hoy tengo preparada una entrada sobre la "Chibi Dolls&Party 2015", celebrada en Barcelona, el pasado 31 de Octubre. Fue la segunda edición de este evento y allí que fui con mi madre para pasar una tarde entretenida y diferente.

El evento coincidió con el "Salón del Manga" de Barcelona, así que si que si alguien quería ir a los dos eventos, lo tenía muy bien ya que la "Chibi" estaba ubicado en un centro cultural cercano al "Salón". Solía ir al "Salón del Manga", pero hace años que dejé de asistir por falta de interés y por las aglomeraciones tan grandes de gente.

El año pasado también asistí a la "Chibi Dolls&Party 2014" y esta ocasión ha sido más de lo mismo aunque con unos pocos stands más. Prácticamente diré lo mismo que en la anterior edición, estuvo más enfocado a muñecas Blythe y Pullip, seguido de BJDs y alguna otra muñeca como las Monster High.

Chibi Dolls & Party 2014

On November 1st the "Chibi Dolls & Party" was held in Barcelona. You don't know what is it? It's a free event about dolls which is being held as opener to the "Dolls & Party" event to be held in July 2015. These events are focuses on collectible dolls as BJDs, Blythe or Pullips. Last July the first edition of "Dolls & Party" was held , but for personal reasons I couldn't attend, so this time I didn't want to miss the "chibi" one, so there went my mother and me. The date coincided with the "Salón del Manga de Barcelona" (Barcelona Manga convention), so it was an extra good option for people who wanted to go to both places. For my part, I stopped going to the Manga convention years ago and I think that I won't go on my own anymore.

As the word says, the "chibi" (small in Japanese) event was held in a hall where about fifteen stands were selling items for dolls and whose entrance was free. From my point of view, it was more focused on Blythe and Pullip than BJDs, but there was stuff for these latter, especially for Yo-SD girls, followed by MSD and tiny.

Any stand was wasted as they were all well exposed and had lovely things, although I focused on taking photos of dolls than the stands. I show you photos I took there, but not of all the dolls and stands that were there:

El 1 de Noviembre se celebró la "Chibi Dolls & Party" en Barcelona. ¿Que no sabéis lo que es? Es un evento gratuito sobre muñecas que se celebra como aperitivo a la "Dolls & Party" que se celebrará en Julio de 2015. Éstos eventos están enfocados a muñecas de colección como BJDs, Blythe o Pullips. En Julio de este año se celebró la primera edición de la "Dolls & Party", pero por motivos personales no pude asistir, así que esta vez no quise perderme la versión "chibi", así que allá fuimos mi madre y yo. La fecha coincidió con el "Salón del Manga" de Barcelona, así que era una buena opción extra para la gente que quería ir a ambos sitios. Por mi parte, hace años que dejé de ir al Salón del Manga ni creo que vuelva a ir por cuenta propia.

Como la palabra dice, el evento "chibi" (pequeño en japonés) se celebró en una sala donde una quincena de stands vendían artículos para las muñecas y cuya entrada era gratuita. Bajo mi punto de vista, estubo más enfocado a las Blythe y Pullips que las BJDs, aunque algo había para éstas últimas, especialmente para tamaño Yo-SD niñas, seguidos de MSD y tiny. 

Ningún stand tenía desperdicio ya que estaban todos bien expuestos y tenían cosas preciosas, aunque me enfoqué a hacer fotos a las muñecas que a los stands en sí. Os muestro fotos que hice por allí, aunque no de todas las muñecas ni stands que habían:
