Last Friday 8 was the International Women's Day. This day nothing is celebrated, we must commemorate it and continue with the struggle for equality so that the violence and inequality that women suffer will disappear someday.
I took two photos to commemorate that day.
El pasado viernes, 8 de marzo, fue Día Internacional de la Mujer. Este día no se celebra nada, hay que conmemorarlo y seguir con la lucha por la igualdad para que desaparezca la violencia y la desigualdad de la que sufrimos.

If you are interested, in my personal blog I have published a couple of entries dedicated to the feminist protests that I attended. In the morning I went to my town's protest meeting and in the afternoon to the demonstration in Barcelona.
I hope that in the near future it will not be necessary to carry out more strikes and demonstrations, meanwhile, we will continue to struggle day after day for our rights, because not only must do it on 8M.

Si os interesa, en mi blog personal he publicado un par de entradas dedicadas a las manifestaciones feministas a las que asistí. Por la mañana fui a la concentración de mi ciudad y por la tarde a la manifestación de Barcelona.
Espero que en un futuro próximo no sea necesario hacer más huelgas y manifestaciones, mientras tanto, seguiremos luchando día a día por nuestros derechos, porque no solo hay que hacerlo el 8M.

Al igual que tú, también puse mucho énfasis en que no se celebrase el 8M y más bien se conmemorara y por suerte todos a mi alrededor lo entendieron bien. Me encantaron las fotos, a mí ni se me ocurrió hacer algo para ese día, que desperdicio! El que viene le pongo pino :D
ResponderEliminarPerfecto que las personas de tu alrededor lo entendieron. Da mucha rabia que te feliciten o que en tiendas y centros comerciales se aprovechen para hacer descuentos, a costa de la lucha de las mujeres por nuestros derechos desde hace tantos años.
