On the 12th August, I went with my mother to buy some things in my town's Carrefour and we decided to look at the dolls. My mother was looking at a communion Nancy doll and when she went to put it back on the shelf, a box fell on her. This box was Monster High Amanita Nightshade, daughter of the Corpse Flower, who was at the top of the shelf. It didn't have the price of the doll marked, but it was a doll that we liked and we didn't buy before because it was expensive. Still, we took it to look at the price in a scanner and we got the surprise when it marked that the price was within the budget we have for MH doll and as we had enough money, we decided to buy it.

Mi madre estuvo mirando una Nancy de comunión y cuando fue a ponerla en la estantería, se le cayó encima una caja. No ponía el precio de la muñeca, pero era una muñeca que nos gustaba y no comprábamos porque era cara. The design of the box is different from the first dolls. It's half cardboard and half plastic. I liked the old design more because you could fold it completely if you wanted to keep it, with that design it's not worth keeping the whole box. At least the images of Amanita are pretty.

El diseño de la caja es diferente a las primeras muñecas. Es mitad cartón y mitad plástico. Me gustaba más el diseño antiguo porque se podían doblar por completo si la querías guardar, con ese diseño no vale la pena conservar la caja entera. Al menos la imágenes de Amanita son bonitos.

The box was also opened a little. Amanita was eager to leave.

Both her makeup, and her dress and accessories seem to be inspired by the corpse flower (Amorphophallus titanum).

But like most Monster High dolls, her hair is a real mess.

She will have to go to hairdressing. Still, Amanita wanted to take a photo so you can admire her beauty.
