We started a new month and with autumn just started. Personally, I'm glad that summer has ended because I have a bad time with the heat and I appreciate the gray and cooler days.
Forgive the lack of activity in the last month, I'm preparing an entry that is taking me a long time to finish, so to compensate that I have not published anything in a few weeks, today I bring you the photos that I published on Instagram in September, so you can see them if you don't follow me on that social network. On September 1, Hogwarts students take the Hogwarts Express to go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Here we see this group of students on platform 9 3/4 at London King Cross Station. Draco doesn't like having to go back to school. And you have already seen that the group of Hogwarts students has increased with Luna.

El 1 se septiembre, les estudiantes de Hogwarts cogen el Hogwarts Express para ir al colegio de Magia y Hechicería de Hogwarts. Aquí vemos a este grupo de estudiantes en el andén 9 3/4 de la estación de Londres King Cross. A Draco no le hace nada de gracia tener que volver al colegio. Y ya habéis visto que el grupo de estudiantes de Hogwarts ha aumentado con Luna.

The final photo needed more editing than I would have liked to do to make it look fine. Fortunately, I managed to match the tone of the background with those of the Nendos and make the platform as realistic as possible. I also had to rebuild part of the side edges because the edges of the screen were showing in the original photo. This makes me think of one thing. Would you like me to post "before and after" photos of some of my photos? If so, tell me and if you are curious to see the before and after of any particular photo/s, you can tell me which one/s. They may be photos that I have already posted here.
La foto final necesitó más edición de la que me hubiese gustado hacer para que quedase bien. Afortunadamente conseguí igualar el tono del fondo con los de los nendos y que el andén quedase lo más realista posible. También tuve que reconstruir parte de los bordes laterales porque en la foto original se veían los bordes de la pantalla. Esto me hace pensar en una cosa. ¿Os gustaría que publique fotos del "antes y después" de algunas de mis fotografías? Si es así, decídmelo y si tenéis curiosidad por ver el antes y después de alguna/s foto/s en particular me podéis decir cuál/es. Pueden ser fotos que ya he publicado aquí.

In August my account reached 900 followers. Although they're just numbers and most of my followers don't interact with my photos, I like to take a photo to celebrate every 100 new followers. It's also a way to thank my active followers for their support.

September 11 is the Diada de Catalunya (National Day of Catalunya) and to celebrate it, I took this simple but effective photograph of Lum (or Lamu, as I knew her) with the flag of Catalonia.
It was also the 20th anniversary of the attack in New York. It's incredible how quickly time passes, I remember that moment perfectly since I was with my family watching the news on television and we saw everything live.

El 11 de septiembre es la Diada de Catalunya y para celebrarlo, hice esta fotografía sencilla pero efectiva de Lum (o Lamu, como la conocí) con la bandera de Cataluña.
También se cumplieron 20 años del atentado en Nueva York. Es increíble lo rápido que pasa el tiempo, recuerdo perfectamente ese momento ya que estaba con mi familia viendo las noticias en televisión y lo vimos todo en directo.

This photo was planned for months and I never found the time to take it. Then the computer broke (you know that I spent months with the problem and although I took it to fix it, it was not solved) and from there I lost motivation. After a long time, the photo is finally taken and I took the opportunity to participate in the #tpc_thor_challenge, held by @toypic_commmunity.
It was very entertaining to do the editing of this photograph, although I also confess that there was a time when I didn't see myself capable of taking the photo forward because the ground (the rainbow bridge) needed more editing than I thought.

Esta foto estaba planeada desde hace meses y nunca encontré el momento para hacerla. Luego se estropeó el ordenador (ya sabéis que estuve meses con el problema y aunque lo llevé a reparar, no se solucionó) y de ahí perdí la motivación. Después de mucho tiempo, por fin la foto está hecha y aproveché para participar en el reto #tpc_thor_challenge, organizado por @toypic_commmunity.
Fue muy entretenido hacer la edición de esta fotografía, aunque también confieso que hubo un momento en el que no me veía capaz de sacar la foto adelante porque el suelo (el puente de arcoiris) necesitó más edición de la que pensé.

This photo should have been taken in the middle of summer and although Stitch arrived in July, I completely forgot taking a summer photo of him (you can see how much I hate summer). In the end I decided to take it anyway to say goodbye to summer 😆

September 19 is Hermione's birthday and I wanted to do something special. I had wanted to do an edit with a patronus for a long time and I finally found the time to do it. It's simpler than it seems and the result is great. In case you want to do it, I followed this tutorial. I'm sure I'll take more pictures with the patronus of other characters.
E1 19 de septiembre es el cumpleaños de Hermione y quise hacer algo especial. Llevaba tiempo queriendo hacer una edición con un patronus y por fin encontré el momento para hacerlo. Es más sencillo de lo que parece y el resultado queda genial. Por si queréis hacerlo, seguí este tutorial. Seguro que haré más fotos con el patronus de otros personajes.

Black Widow is one of my favorite super heroines and I took the opportunity to participate with this photo in the challenge #tpc_shero_challenge, held by @toypic_commmunity.
If you have seen the movie of this character, you already know in which scene I was inspired to take this photograph. When I saw this scene, I thought it would be a good idea to take a photo of Nat with her classic pose. Although it wasn't easy to manage, nendoroids are difficult to pose in certain poses and I had to practice with the figure before setting the set up, of which I made a video

Si habéis visto la película del personaje, ya sabéis en qué escena me he inspirado para hacer esta fotografía. Cuando vi dicha escena, pensé que sería buena idea hacer una foto de Nat con su clásica pose. September has been a very productive month and it shows that I finally have the motivation to continue photographing my figures and make edits to make them more magical and complement with what I cannot do naturally. I have a lot of ideas written down in a notebook and I am writing down new ideas as come to my head that I will be photographing in the following months. Septiembre ha sido un mes bastante productivo y se nota que por fin vuelvo a tener motivación para seguir fotografiando mis figuras y hacer ediciones para que sean más mágicas y complementar con lo que de forma natural no puedo hacer. Tengo un montón de ideas apuntadas en una libreta y voy apuntando cosas nuevas según se me van ocurriendo que iré fotografiando en los siguientes meses. Así que tenéis aseguradas muchas fotos nuevas en los próximos meses.

Hola Sion! Me encantan tus fotos, como siempre. Creo que mi favorita es la de Hermione. A mi también me gustaría ver el antes y el después de las fotos y los "detrás de la cámara", puesto que siempre se puede aprender algo o dar alguna idea. He estado probando hacer fotos usando una pantalla de fondo, pero no estoy demasiado contenta con los resultados. Gracias a tu vídeo he pensado que quizá podría probar a editarlas un poco a ver si mejoran. Si funciona, es una forma estupenda de hacer que las muñecas "viajen" sin salir de casa.

Pues tendré en cuenta en mostrar el antes y después de las fotos. Los "detrás de la cámara" los seguiré compartiendo también, aunque el enlace lleve al video en Instagram. La verdad es que se aprende mucho, muchas ideas y trucos los he aprendido de otras personas que han compartido cómo hacen sus fotos.
Vaya, lamento que no te esté dando buen resultado utilizar una pantalla de fondo. Supongo que con muñecas es más complicado al ser más grandes que una figura de 10cm. Tengo que decir que con el portátil que tengo ahora me cuesta más conseguir que el fondo quede bonito porque deja un tono azulado que tengo que corregir en la edición. Seguiré probando con la luminosidad y con el modo "luz nocturna", que deja un color más cálido, a ver si también me da mejores resultados.
