Hello! I wrote this post and completely forgot to post it. It turns out that July was a difficult month, the apartment where I lived was sold that month and my mother and I were looking for another place where we could move. So I haven't had much time to take photos. The move was on September 14th and I have been without WiFi until September 27th, I will tell you more about how everything went. In short, I will tell you that in the new apartment we have the tranquility that we lacked in the other one, the commotion on the terraces of the bar and the cafeteria is over, there is no more putting up with the shouters from the petanque club and the children shouting and playing with the ball by bouncing it against walls and metal shutters.

I will not entertain you any longer and show you the photos that I published in July.  

¡Hola! Escribí esta entrada y me olvidé por completo de publicarla. Resulta que julio fue un mes complicado, el piso donde vivía se vendió ese mes y mi madre y yo estuvimos buscando otro sitio donde poder mudarnos. Así que no he tenido mucho tiempo para hacer fotos. El 14 de septiembre fue la mudanza y he estado sin WiFi hasta el día 27 de septiembre, ya os contaré mejor cómo ha sido todo. Así por encima os diré que en el piso nuevo tenemos la tranquilidad que nos faltaba en el otro, se acabaron los alborotos de las terrazas del bar y la cafetería, el aguantar a los gritones del club de petanca y a les niñes gritando y jugando con la pelota rebotándola contra paredes y persianas comerciales.

No os entretengo más y os muestro las fotos que publiqué en julio.

Hello! I published my last entry in February and I have not appeared on the blog again. Although I have taken quite photos, I have also occupied my time with other things. I don't know if you will remember that I was going on a trip to Hamburg to go to the concert of the band Nachtblut. I wanted to give some personalized gifts to the members of the band and that made me spend time on it instead of updating the blog. The truth is that it was worth it, they loved the gift I gave each of them, the concert was awesome and a part of me has stayed in Hamburg. I hope I can return one day and be able to see places that due to lack of time I couldn't visit. Without a doubt Germany has conquered me. Soon I will write an entry (or several) about this trip in my personal blog. I'll let you know when that happens. With that said, let's get started.

¡Hola! Publiqué mi última entrada en febrero y no he vuelto a aparecer por el blog. Aunque he hecho bastantes fotos, también he ocupado el tiempo en otras cosas. No sé si recordaréis que me iba a ir de viaje a Hamburgo para ir al concierto del grupo Nachtblut. Quise darles unos regalos personalizados a los componentes del grupo y eso hizo que empleara el tiempo en ello en lugar de actualizar el blog. La verdad es que mereció la pena, a ellos les encantó el detalle que les di a cada uno de ellos, el concierto fue tremendo y una parte de mí se ha quedado en Hamburgo. Ojalá pueda volver algún día y poder ver lugares que por falta de tiempo no pude visitar. Sin duda Alemania me ha conquistado. Próximamente escribiré una entrada (o varias) sobre este viaje en mi blog personal. Ya os avisaré cuando eso suceda. Dicho esto, empecemos.

¡Hola! Con esta entrada tendré el blog actualizado, en cuanto a fotografías se refiere. Os mostraré las fotos hechas entre noviembre de 2022 y enero de 2023. No hice muchas fotos, no encontraba tiempo para ello y tampoco tenía muchas ganas de ponerme a preparar los escenarios, ya sabéis que mis dioramas son de quita y pon y a veces da pereza. Empecemos.

I'm working on getting the blog up to date, so today I'm finally posting the photos from October 2022. I'll also include the ones from Halloween. The following months I took few photos, so I calculate that in the next post all the photos will be updated on the blog.

Me estoy poniendo las pilas para tener el blog actualizado, así que hoy por fin publico las fotos de octubre de 2022. También incluiré las de Halloween. Los siguientes meses hice pocas fotos, así que calculo que en la próxima entrada estarán todas las fotos actualizadas en el blog.

This entry should have been published in October 2022 and in the end it was saved and unpublished. In September I made a photo shoot of a character and I decided to post the photos in a separate entry, well, you are about to see said session.

The character is John Wick, he's quite well known and is played by the actor Keanu Reeves. The movies are quite violent but they're entertaining and he gave me an idea to shoot. I have another idea saved that I will execute some day. In case you don't know what the story is about, John Wick is a retired professional killer who returned to work due to some circumstances. Within the world of assassins there are codes and rules that must be met. It's all quite complex. Wick is feared for his tactics, being nicknamed as Baba Yaga or the Bogeyman, and he always has a good repertoire of weapons, any object in his hands can be a lethal weapon and this was where I got inspiration. So I collected almost all the weapons my nendos have and put them on a table.

Esta entrada la debería haber publicado en octubre de 2022 y al final se quedó guardada y sin publicar, así que ya no pasa de hoy. En septiembre hice una sesión fotográfica a un personaje en concreto y decidí publicar las fotos en una entrada aparte. Bien, pues estáis a punto de ver dicha sesión. 

El personaje es John Wick, es bastante conocido y está interpretado por el actor Keanu Reeves. Las películas son bastante violentas pero son  entretenidas y me dio una idea para fotografiar. Tengo otra idea guardada que ya ejecutaré algún día. Por si no sabéis de qué va la historia, John Wick es un asesino a sueldo retirado que por unas circunstancias volvió al trabajo. Dentro del mundo de los asesinos hay unos códigos y normas que deben cumplir. Es todo bastante complejo. Wick es temido por sus tácticas apodado, Baba Yaga o el Hombre del saco, y siempre tiene un buen repertorio de armas, cualquier objeto en sus manos puede ser una arma letal y esto fue lo que me sirvió de inspiración. Así que recopilé casi todas las armas que tienen mis nendos y las puse encima de una mesa.

We are already in February! January has gone by pretty quickly. I don't know if this is good or bad. January has been a "weird" month. Instead of taking photos, which I took some of, I dedicated myself to updating my other two blogs, the personal one and the one about drawings, which I had completely abandoned. The fact is that I also wanted to publish this entry earlier, but I completely forgot 😅 And on top of that, a few days ago I caught a pretty bad cold, which left me feeling down. Now that I'm much better I've finally managed to write the post to show you what the Three Wise Men brought me.

¡Ya estamos en febrero! Se me ha pasado enero bastante rápido. no sé si esto es bueno o es malo. Enero ha sido un mes "raro". En lugar de hacer fotos, que alguna hice, me dediqué a actualizar mis otros dos blogs, el personal y el de dibujos, que los tenía completamente abandonados. El caso es que también quería publicar esta entrada antes, pero se me olvidó por completo 😅 Y para terminar de redondear, hace unos días cogí un resfriado bastante fuerte, que me dejó con los ánimos por los suelos. Ahora que ya estoy mucho mejor he conseguido escribir por fin la entrada para enseñaros lo que me trajeron los Reyes Magos.

Christmas holidays are over and we're almost in the middle of the month. Since I don't want more topics and posts to accumulate, I'm going to publish the most urgent ones as soon as possible and this is one of those posts.

While listening to the new album by VV (Ville Valo, ex-HIM singer), which has been released today, I'm going to show you the figures that joined my collection in 2022. Before I used to post a photo (or several photos) of my updated collection of Nendoroids, but since I already have so many big heads and almost all of them are stored in their boxes, it's a too tedious job and I thought it's more interesting to introduce the new members of my figure collection.

Ya pasaron las fiestas navideñas, estando ya a casi mediados de mes. Como no quiero que se me acumulen más temas y entradas, voy a ir publicando las más urgentes lo antes posible y esta es una de esas entradas. 

Mientras escucho el nuevo disco de VV (Ville Valo, ex-cantante de HIM), que ha salido hoy, os voy a mostrar las figuras que se unieron a mi colección en 2022. Antes solía publicar una foto (o varias fotos) de mi colección actualizada de Nendoroids, pero como ya tengo tantos cabezones y casi todos están guardados en sus cajas, es un trabajo demasiado tedioso y he pensado que es más interesante presentar a las nuevas integrantes de mi colección de figuras.

Happy New Year 2023 · Feliz año nuevo 2023

How are you doing these first days of 2023! I hope you have had a happy holiday season and that this new year is good for everyone. You already know that I don't like these festivities, so I haven't celebrated them and it's fine like that.

I was running the blog so well until October, which was when I posted here for the last time. These have been busy months and I couldn't find the time or the motivation to post, but here I'm back despite the fact that there are some personal issues that still have to be resolved. I will do my best to keep the blog up to date. 

Although I don't like Christmas, I took a couple of photos that you will see below.

¿Cómo lleváis estos primeros días de 2023! Espero que hayáis pasado unas felices fiestas y que este nuevo año sea bueno para todo el mundo. Ya sabéis que a mí no me gustan estas fiestas, así que no las he celebrado y está bien así.

Con lo bien que llevaba el blog hasta octubre, que fue cuando publiqué por aquí por última vez. Han sido meses movidos y no encontraba el tiempo ni la motivación para publicar, pero aquí estoy de vuelta a pesar de que hay unos asuntos personales que aún tienen que solucionarse. Haré todo lo posible por volver a tener el blog al día. 

Aunque no me gusta la Navidad, hice un par de fotos que veréis a continuación.

We are already in the middle of the month and I still haven't published the photos I took in September. I got carried away by laziness and I had to stop it.

On the other hand, I also apologize to the people who commented on my previous post. I haven't been able to answer them because Blogger is giving me a lot of trouble. It doesn't let me reply to the comments on the previous post, that is, it doesn't give me the option to write a message with my computer, I've even tried with different browsers. I think the entry is broken for any reason because I have reviewed the previous ones and they work normally. So thank you very much for visiting the blog and commenting.

Apart that it doesn't allow to add new comments,  gadgets in the right bar are shown below and I haven't touched anything. I've also tried to reply those comments with my cell phone (android) and the entry doesn't charge, it's shown in white. I think I'll delete that entry and post it again, let's see if it works. Seriously, it's giving me the impression that Google wants to kill Blogger since it's going from bad to worse.

Ya estamos a mediado de mes y aún no he publicado las fotos de septiembre. Me he dejado llevar por la pereza y he tenido que pararlo. 

Por otra parte, también os pido disculpas a las personas que comentasteis mi anterior post. No he podido contestar porque Blogger me está dando muchos problemas. No me deja contestar los comentarios del anterior post, es decir, no me da la opción de escribir un mensaje con el ordenador, incluso he probado con distintos navegadores. Creo que la entrada está rota por algún motivo porque he revisado las anteriores y funcionan con normalidad. Muchas gracias por visitar el blog y comentar. 

Aparte de que no deja añadir comentarios nuevos en esa entrada, los gadgets de la barra derecha los muestra debajo y no he tocado nada. También he intentado responder los mensajes a través del móvil (android) y la entrada no se muestra, aparece completamente en blanco. Creo que borraré esa entrada y la volveré a publicar, a ver si así funciona bien.  En serio, me está dando la impresión de que Google quiere matar Blogger ya que va de mal en peor.

My path to toy collecting and photography · Mi camino hacia el coleccionismo de juguetes y la fotografía

Today the blog turns 12 years old and it has gone through different stages since I started my journey through the blogosphere, so to celebrate I'm going to tell you how I started collecting and photographying toys, that is, dolls and figures. 

Before starting, the photos that you are going to see have different watermarks with the different names that I have been using until the current one, so don't pay attention to them. And after writing this entry for months, I can finally publish it, I hope you enjoy it and you don't find it boring. And With that said, I begin. 

I started collecting toys many years ago, although when I bought my first collector figure, Pisces Aphrodite, I didn't do it as a collector as I bought it because I liked it as it's a character that represents my zodiac sign (Pisces) and with no intentions of collecting more figures even though there were other Saint Seiya action figures that I would have loved to have. I remember I bought it at Toys'R Us in Sant Boi around 2006. At that time I had no idea that there were collectors who even photographed their figures.

Hoy el blog cumple 12 años y ha pasado por distintas etapas desde que inicié mi camino por la blogsfera, así que para celebrarlo os voy a contar cómo empecé en el coleccionismo y fotografía de juguetes, esto es, muñecas y figuras.

Antes de empezar, las fotos que vais a ver tienen distintas marcas de agua con los distintos nombres que he ido usando hasta el actual, así que no les hagáis caso. Y después de estar escribiendo esta entrada durante meses, por fin la puedo publicar. Espero que la disfrutéis y no os parezca aburrida. Dicho esto, empiezo.

Hace muchos años que empecé a coleccionar juguetes, aunque cuando compré mi primera figura de coleccionista, Afrodita de Piscis, no lo hice como coleccionista ya que la compré porque me gustó al ser un personaje que representa mi signo zodiacal (Piscis) y sin intenciones de  coleccionar más figuras a pesar de que habían otras figuras de acción de Saint Seiya (Caballeros del Zodiaco) que me hubiese encantado tener. Recuerdo que la compré en el Toys'R Us de Sant Boi sobre el año 2006. En aquella época no tenía ni idea de que habían coleccionistas que incluso fotografiaban a sus figuras.

We're in September already! Although summer's days are numbered, the suffocating heat is still there 🥵 Let's see if temperatures drop in the next few days, I already want to cover myself with the sheet or a blanket to sleep. In August I finally took some photos, not all the ones I wanted to take but better than nothing.

¡Ya estamos en septiembre! Aunque el verano ya tiene los días contados, el calor sofocante sigue ahí 🥵 A ver si en los próximos días van bajando las temperaturas, ya tengo ganas taparme con la sábana o una mantita para dormir. En agosto al final hice algunas fotos, no todas las que quería hacer pero mejor eso que nada.

The blog doesn't have a break even in August. How are you dealing with the summer heat in the northern hemisphere? I'm brutally exhausted because of the suffocating and stifling heat and this has been noticed by the little activity I have had in July, I have taken very few photos and not for lack of ideas. I really want the temperatures to drop and thus not have the tiredness that I have been dragging since before summer began as the heat came before time. Seriously, in summer I look like a zombie with no energy to even stand up.

Without further ado, I show you the photos I took last month.

El blog no tiene descanso ni en agosto ¿Cómo estáis llevando el calor del verano en el hemisferio norte? Yo tengo un agotamiento brutal por culpa del calor tan sofocante y bochornoso y eso se ha notado por la poca actividad que he tenido en julio, he hecho muy poquitas fotos y no por falta de ideas. Tengo muchas ganas de que bajen las temperaturas y así no tener el cansancio que llevo arrastrando desde antes de que empezase el verano ya que el calor vino antes de tiempo. En serio, en verano parezco un zombi sin energía ni para ponerse en pie.

Día Internacional de las Personas No Binarias 2022

Hoy es el Día Internacional de la Visibilidad de las Personas No Binarias. Este día se ubica exactamente entre el Día Internacional de la Mujer (8 de marzo) y el Día Internacional del Hombre (19 de noviembre) y tiene como objetivo concienciar en torno a los problemas que las personas no binarias de todo el mundo nos tenemos que enfrentar.

Muchos países no nos reconocen, siendo España uno de ellos. Lo que significa que en mis carnet de identidad y otros documentos me identifican por un género que no me corresponde y para mí significa un problema. Imaginaos que tenéis que marcar en la casilla de forma obligatoria un género que no os corresponde porque no hay otra opción. O que cada vez que alguien se dirija hacia vosotres te haga misgendering, es decir, te trata con un género que no es el tuyo y esto ocurre porque en la sociedad muy poquitas personas preguntan por tu pronombre al dirigirse hacia ti por primera vez o se ríen de ti si utilizas un pronombre que estas personas piensan que no es el correcto o que simplemente no existe. ¿Cómo os sentiríais?

Today is the International Day of Visibility of Non-Binary People. This day is located exactly between International Women's Day (March 8) and International Men's Day (November 19) and aims to raise awareness of the problems that non-binary people around the world have to face.

Many countries don't recognize us, Spain being one of them. Which means that in my ID card and other oficial documents they identify me by a gender that doesn't correspond to me and for me it means a problem. Imagine that you have to mark a gender that you don't identify with in the mandatory box because there is no other option. Or that every time someone addresses you they misgender you and this happens because very few people in society ask for your pronoun when addressing you for the first time or laugh at you if you use a pronoun that those people think is wrong or simply it doesn't exist. How would you feel?

We are almost halfway through July and I haven't shared my photos from June yet. I'm on a streak where I have personal problems and I don't have time to write on the blog. Although you will see that there are quite a few photos, some of them were taken a while ago and they haven't see the light until now.

A few days ago I published one of the photos for LGTBI+ Pride Day, don't forget to visit that entry if you haven't done it yer.

Estamos casi a mitad de julio y aún no he compartido mis fotos de junio. Estoy en una temporada en la que tengo problemas personales y no tengo tiempo de escribir en el blog. Aunque veréis que son bastantes fotos, algunas de ellas las hice hace un tiempo y no vieron la luz hasta este momento.

We have already reached the halfway point of the year. Summer hasn't officially started yet and I'm already looking forward to its end, you know that I hate heat I prefer colder weather.

I haven't spent much time blogging for a while, but I've noticed that Blogger has changed things for the worse, like the comment box. Has the comment preview disappeared? It seems to me that everything is very neglected, as people spend more time on social networks, they don't seem to care about making good updates for blogs. I don't know if this is the beginning of the end of blogging.

Well, last month I already published some photos of May, being important dates I wanted to publish them on their day. Today I upload the rest of the photos I took that month, which are enough for a full post.

Ya hemos llegado al ecuador del año. No ha empezado oficialmente el verano y ya estoy deseando que acabe, ya sabéis que llevo muy mal el calor y prefiero el tiempo más frío.

Llevo meses en el que no paso mucho tiempo visitando blogs, pero me he dado cuenta de que Blogger ha cambiado cosas para peor, como la caja para escribir comentarios. ¿Ha desaparecido la vista previa de los comentarios? Me da la impresión que está todo muy descuidado, como la gente pasa más tiempo en las redes sociales, parece que les da igual el hacer actualizaciones buenas para los blogs. No sé si esto está empezando a ser el principio del fin de los blogs.

Bueno, el pasado mes ya publiqué algunas fotos de mayo, al ser fechas importantes quería publicarlas en su día. Hoy subo el resto de fotos que hice ese mes, que da para una entrada completa.
